Accurately bill and submit insurance claims, verify coverage, and collect payments.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service and address patient questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an optometric technician or in a similar role is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of optical terminology, procedures, and insurance billing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be willing and able to travel extensively to our various practice locations. This position will require you to travel between Nebraska and Colorado. You may also be asked to travel to our other locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and/or Georgia.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.
