What is an express concierge examination?
An express concierge examination is an efficient & comprehensive eye exam that allows you to be seen quickly so you can go on with your day. Exam results will be delivered to you via a personalized video from your optometrist who will go over all exam results in detail. This video can be viewed by you, the patient as many times as you please & can be kept for your records along with physical exam notes.
How will I receive my results?
Your results will be delivered via a HIPAA compliant encrypted email that only you, the patient may access to ensure your medical privacy.
(Patient email will be verified by a member of our staff on the day of the examination).
You will receive a next day phone call from a member of our Ellington Eyecare team to ensure that you have received your exam results video & to ensure that all questions have been answered regarding your exam findings.
